Online log book

Your customers can find the online log book by clicking on a link in your website. The online log book contains work orders, tables with observations, pest control advices and a large amount of charts and attractive trend analyses.

Interactive floor plans show where the pressure is. Your customers can view contracts, certificates and diplomas of your employees.

If you so desire, you can enter more data into the PDA or smart phone:

When you are done, you can register whether extra time should be invoiced and whether a seperate invoice should be sent. (Of course, your on-premise time is monitored automatically!). (If there is no connectivity, your data will be stored safely so it can be sent at a later time). A visit report is automatically sent to your customer's email address.

All your customer needs is a computer (or tablet) with an internet connection. There is no need to install or purchase additional software!

IPM

You can create pest control advices for customer in IPM style. Your customer has to follow up on these advices. During a next visit, you can approve or reject these actions.
